Turkey & Avocado Taco Bowl

Sometimes, you just need something that gets the job done—fast, simple, and damn satisfying. This Turkey & Avocado Taco Bowl is your go-to when the fridge is looking a bit empty and time’s not on your side. Ground turkey and taco seasoning take center stage, with fresh veggies and avocado doing the backup vocals. Throw it together, and it’s like a fiesta in a bowl—no mess, no stress.

Ingredients

  • 340g ground turkey

  • 1 packet low-sodium taco seasoning

  • 1 avocado, sliced

  • 1 can corn kernels, drained and rinsed

  • 2 large tomatoes, chopped

  • 1 large bell pepper, chopped

  • 100g romaine lettuce

  • Fresh cilantro (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Heat a pan over medium, drop in the turkey, and sprinkle that taco seasoning like you mean it. Cook until browned, about 6-8 minutes.

  2. While the turkey does its thing, chop your veggies, rinse that corn.

  3. In 4 bowls, layer up lettuce, tomatoes, corn, bell pepper, and top with the turkey. Add sliced avocado and a bit of fresh cilantro for that final touch.

  4. Sit back and devour.
