BaseCamp

Our BaseCamp program is a vital part of your journey. It's a three-session personal training course that lays the foundation for your success.

During BaseCamp, we'll teach you the fundamental skills and movements you need for a successful fitness journey. You'll build strength, learn proper technique, and gain confidence.

It's the perfect starting point for beginners and a great way for experienced gym goers or athletes to refine their skills.

Your Third Step

Once you've completed BaseCamp, you'll transition to our group training classes. this is truly an investment to your health, and your future. 

These classes are designed to offer world-class coaching in a semi-private setting. With a maximum of just 10 people in each session, you'll benefit from individualized attention, ensuring faster improvement.

The tight-knit group setting will not only help you progress but also introduce you to the amazing CrossFit 1864 community. Here, you'll find friends, support, and motivation.
