The first step on your path to success at CrossFit 1864 is the Intro Chat.

You'll sit down with one of our experienced coaches to discuss your goals, expectations, and your unique path to success. Together, we'll create a plan tailored to your needs. But it doesn't stop there.

We believe in progress tracking and accountability, which is why we review your plan every 90 days. This ensures that you stay on track and make continuous strides toward your goals.

2. BaseCamp: Building a Strong Foundation

Our BaseCamp program is a vital part of your journey. It's a three-session personal training course that lays the foundation for your success. During BaseCamp, we'll teach you the fundamental skills and movements you need for a successful fitness journey. You'll build strength, learn proper technique, and gain confidence. It's the perfect starting point for beginners and a great way for experienced athletes to refine their skills.

Group Training: Forge Friendships, Achieve Excellence

Once you've completed BaseCamp, you'll transition to our group training classes. These classes are designed to offer world-class coaching in a semi-private setting. With a maximum of just 10 people in each session, you'll benefit from individualized attention, ensuring faster improvement. The tight-knit group setting will not only help you progress but also introduce you to the amazing CrossFit 1864 community. Here, you'll find friends, support, and motivation.
