Chicken and Broccoli Stir-Fry

Ingredients

- 2 chicken breasts, sliced into thin strips

- 1 head of broccoli, cut into florets

- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 tablespoon soy sauce

- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce

- 1 teaspoon honey

- 1 teaspoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water

Instructions

1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.

2. Add garlic and chicken, cook until chicken is browned.

3. Toss in the broccoli and cook until tender.

4. Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, and cornstarch mixture in a bowl, then add to the pan.

5. Stir until the sauce thickens and everything is well-coated.

6. Serve with brown rice or quinoa.
